Like many modern love tales, ours began with a dating app match while Jen was wrapping up her trip through Zion National Park. A few days later, we found ourselves on a first date that lasted so long we accidentally closed down Cooper’s Hawk!
From there, life took us on adventure after adventure, both at home & across the globe. We’ve explored new places, tackled big moments, laughed through the easy stuff, and held onto each other through the hard stuff. Every step - the fun, the unexpected, the “are we really doing this?” moments - has made us stronger.
Utah felt like the perfect place to get married because it’s where our individual adventures began. Steve took on his first 100‑mile gravel race and visited his first national park. Jen did her first self‑led hike through the Narrows of Zion. It’s where we each learned to trust ourselves, take leaps, & chase big things.
So choosing Utah for our wedding wasn’t just sentimental - it felt like the most natural next chapter in our story.
