Abby is the youngest of the three Hall sisters and I like to think of her as my "mini-me". She has been my buddy since we were little and she's my go-to for decorating tips, fashion advice, and when I just need someone to "tell it to me straight". Abby is always down to go along with any crazy idea or adventure I come up with. She will be finishing her sophomore year at UMD this Spring, majoring in Architecture and she is absolutely KILLING IT!! Strengths: Jellycat connoisseur, belting "Into the Unknown" during carpool karaoke, drawing/designing buildings Weaknesses: Holes, bees, "fruits in other forms", leaving lime halves on the counter
Ethan Blache

Ethan and I became friends in middle school while we were “paying attention” during math class. We’ve been close ever since and luckily will never have to take math ever again. Ethan is one of the most motivated, servant-hearted people I know and I hope to be more like him in those ways! I was unsure if our friendship would survive his bald phase (thanks Herb), but we got through that and I know we will be friends for life. Strengths: Making "fun bags", always in the club with his homies, playing the Marimba in football pads Weaknesses: Crooked pinkies, dust-collector fanatic, responding properly to "Hey Ethan, what's up?”

Sarah is the oldest of the three Hall sisters and is the one who is most commonly mistaken as my twin. I grew up always wanting to be just like my big sister (and still do!!). Sarah forges her own path in life and never shies away from her goals and creative ideas. She is kind, thoughtful, a great listener, and undeniably one of the coolest people I know. Come March 2025, Sarah and her husband Dom will be welcoming the newest little member of our family into the mix, officially promoting me to "cool-aunt" status. Strengths: Dance moves, nerd, her calligraphy-esk handwriting, former sprinter for the LHS Track & Field team Weaknesses: Sleeps through fire alarms, occasionally misplaces silverware in dresser drawers

I feel like I “knew” Dom for a long time before I ever actually met him. I had been hearing about this guy for awhile and ran into him one 4th of July but we never got the chance to really talk until months later. I don’t exactly remember what we talked about or what we did but Dom and I clicked and now I can’t wait to hang out with this guy for years to come as my brother-in-law. I will continue to need his running tips and hopefully, he can help me work up the courage to get a tattoo! Strengths: Tattoo model, American flag button-ups, can sing the entire Redskins fight song from memory Weaknesses: Ripping his pants while dancing, tingers
Lexie Fowler

Lexie and I have known each other since we were in 5th grade. In high school, we grew so close I practically considered her my sister. One time, I woke up from a nap and she was sitting next to me, having let herself in to the house an hour earlier and no one even batted an eye. It was moments like this where I knew Lexie and I were family. Reconnecting with her has been one of my favorite parts of this year and come August of 2025, Lexie will also be getting married! I am so grateful that she is beside me again as we both step into this exciting new phase of life together! Strengths: SunnyD enthusiast, can practically quote the movie 'Cars' from start to finish, groovy dance moves Weaknesses: keeping a tidy car, cannot open a bottle of apple juice without assistance

After PhiDE Zoom rush and an awkward chem lab, Marco quickly became one of my closest friends at UMD. Marco and I live the same life in a lot of ways - growing up in MD, working our way through medical school, marrying NICU nurses, and so much more. During one of our many, many, many gym sessions (we're quite strong, I think?), I mentioned Rachel's name ONCE, and he confidently prophesied "You're gonna marry her..." Strengths: “Holistic” care, Mark Wahlberg's doppelganger, mav0419/RighTorc/hheitzig25 team leader Weaknesses: Tripping (and falling in love), grip strength, driving in video games
Kristen Louderback

Kristen was my nursing school bestie and is pretty much me in a 5' 0" body. She and I met at a pancake party in our dorm during our sophomore year of college. We have been through just about everything together since then. The Lord definitely knew what He was doing when He allowed our paths to cross in the way that they did. From early morning clinical prep, to late night Cookout runs, to watching Monster's University on repeat, she has seen every side of me and has stuck with me through it all. Strengths: Cookie baking, pretty much any sport, fellow Twilight Saga enthusiast Weaknesses: Ice chewing, the sound of me humming, a thermostat set higher than 70 degrees

Growing up, Kyle and I did everything together. From the first day of kindergarten to the last day of college, we went to the same school. From my 5th birthday party wearing fake football helmets to wearing real ones during our last high school game, we played the same sports. From hangouts to youth groups to Xbox parties we were always together. Even though we don’t live in the same city now, Kyle is and will continue to be one of my closest friends for years to come. Strengths: Eating sand, surfing (hanging ten, as it is), mnemonics for remembering mitosis Weaknesses: Spanish translation of "4 O'clock", learning to drive (and not crash)
Sophia Heitzig

Sophia is someone I always admired as I went through high school. She is outgoing, kind-hearted, and is always looking for opportunities to serve others. She is graduating with her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in May 2025 and I could not be more proud of her...what a gift she will be to her patients! I have always loved having a friend in Phi and I cannot wait to have her as another sister! Strengths: Distance running, coached her brother on how to properly pose for the proposal, effortlessly whips together delicious meals (check out @phisgoodeats !!) Weaknesses: Tripping on her own shoes

Living in the same neighborhood as your cousin gives you a built-in friend for almost all of your childhood memories. Whether it was dyeing our hair black to look like our favorite Wiggle, beating our sisters (every time) in beach baseball, or putting together truly terrible family skits, I remember Alec running right alongside me every time. It’s crazy to look back on those memories as we stand alongside each other all grown up at both of our weddings. Strengths: Hardcore Eggo waffle fan, pickleball enthusiast, Theo’s favorite person Weaknesses: Falling off the dock, a (thankfully) brief Duke basketball obsession
Anna Burton

Anna and I met briefly during our freshman year of nursing school while waiting to take an anatomy lab practical and then did not actually meet again until junior year! Upon re-meeting one another, we instantly connected. She is the kind of friend who in one conversation makes you feel like you have known her your whole life. She is intentional, always up for an adventure, and has taught me quite a bit about typical Danville lingo!! Come April of 2025, Anna is also getting married!! It has been so sweet to get to walk through this wedding season alongside one of my best friends. Strengths: Line dancing, country twang accent, fellow "tiny baby" nurse!! Weaknesses: Knowing how much salt, pepper, and oregano to add to her meat sauce
