Ceremony
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm
The Garden
Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. We will be on a historic patio, so consider sensible shoes.
Please try to arrive at the hotel by 4:15 p.m. for the ceremony to begin on time.
Cocktails
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
The Patio
There will be a few light bites in addition to cocktails.
Reception
6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
The Garden
We will not be having a sit-down dinner, but rather a cocktail-style reception. There will be passed small plates as well as tapas stations.
Extended Reception
9:00 pm - 11:00 pm
The Garden Building
Due to city noise ordinances, outdoor celebration must stop by nine. But the party will continue at the indoor bar!
