We are asking our guests to follow a formal dress code. Here's what that really means: we suggest you wear a suit (with or without a tie), a maxi, tea-length, or midi cocktail dress, or even a nice jumpsuit. All prints and colors (besides white) are fair game! Both the ceremony & reception will be outdoors, so you might want to bring a shawl or outer layer as it gets colder at night. And bring your dancing shoes!
If your invitation was addressed to you and a guest, please feel free to bring a date.
At this time, we are respectfully asking that any children under 16 be left at home for the ceremony & reception.
Please let us know if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions! We will pass all of those on to the caterer 4 weeks before our ceremony.
We will be staying at the Westlake Village Inn, where our Farewell Brunch will be held. There is also the Hyatt nearby, with access to the shuttles. Additionally, there are a number of hotels including Best Western, Holiday Inn, and Double Tree located closer to the venue, but they do not have access to the shuttles, so you will have to arrange your own transportation.
Yes! The shuttle service will go between the Westlake Village Inn, the Hyatt Westlake, and Hummingbird Nest Ranch. Shuttles before the ceremony will be between 2:30-3:35pm, and shuttles after the reception will be between 9-11:10pm. Due to limited parking at the venue, we recommend the shuttle service.
