Can I wear my Black suit to the Wedding?
Answer
The Bride and Groom would prefer guests to wear other colors to the Wedding due to the Bridal Party wearing all black, but if that’s your only option we completely understand

When do I need to RSVP by?
Answer
RSVP as soon as possible, but we need all RSVP's by May 25th (Memorial Day) If you’re unable to join us for the celebration, we will truly miss you. Please still take a moment to RSVP “no” so we can plan accordingly

I need help booking my room under the Hotel Block

If your having difficulty booking your room, please contact Tim Bailey by email/phone and let him know what dates you need the room for, if you want a king or double bed, and have your credit card information ready for him. Do I need to book my Hotel Room for all of the dates of the Courtesy Bock?
Answer
No, you don't need to book your room for all the dates available under the Courtesy Block. You can book your room for any date between Aug 20th-Aug 24th to get a discounted rate. Make sure you modify the dates for what you need when you go to the Hotel Website

When should I book my hotel room?
Answer
We recommend booking your room as soon as possible. Our room block has a limited number of rooms, and due to other events happening at the same time, additional rooms may not be available. Reserving early is the best way to ensure you get the discounted rate and stay where the rest of the celebration is happening. Contact the Mother of the Groom or the Bride, if you are having difficulties booking your room.

If I'm driving myself, is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Our wedding venue offers both valet parking and self‑parking for your convenience. When you arrive, simply choose the option that works best for you

Will there be an Open Bar at The Wedding?
Answer
We’ll be celebrating with an open bar throughout the night. If you choose to enjoy a drink, please remember to tip your bartenders—they’ll be working hard to keep everyone’s glasses full.

What time should I arrive for the Ceremony?
Answer
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. We kindly ask that you arrive about 15 minutes early, so you have plenty of time to park and get settled in your seat before the celebration begins.

If I'm running late to the Ceremony, what time should I arrive at the venue?
Answer
If you’re running late and aren’t able to make it in time for the ceremony, don’t worry—cocktail hour will begin at 4:30 PM, and you’re welcome to join us then.
