Our wedding attire is Coastal Cocktail. Think vibrant colors, cheerful prints, and elevated cocktail attire fit for a celebration by the sea. We’d love for our guests to help create a colorful atmosphere, so while not required, we kindly ask that you skip the black and embrace the brighter side of your wardrobe. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a tie. As our ceremony and reception will take place on a dock, we recommend choosing footwear accordingly. Stilettos and narrow heels may be difficult to navigate, so block heels, wedges, or flats are encouraged.
Our wedding will take place at Regatta Place, a beautiful waterfront venue in Newport overlooking the harbor. The ceremony and reception will be held outdoors under sailcloth tents, allowing us to enjoy the coastal scenery while remaining comfortably sheltered. While heaters will be provided throughout the evening, October nights on the water can be cool, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap.
We recommend utilizing Uber or other rideshare services throughout the weekend. They are readily available in Newport and the surrounding areas and provide a convenient way to travel between accommodations and wedding events. Complimentary valet parking will also be available at the venue for guests who choose to drive.
