FAQs

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held in an outdoor pavilion and the reception will be indoors. The pavilion has heaters that will be turned on if needed—please dress according to the forecast for the day.

Question

Can I still attend the ceremony if I arrive after the start time?

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 p.m. To avoid interruptions, late arrivals cannot be admitted to the ceremony space. If you miss the start, you’re welcome to explore the property or take a seat in the reception hall. We recommend arriving 15–30 minutes early to allow time for parking and finding your seat.

Question

I missed the RSVP deadline, can I still attend?

Answer

Unfortunately if you do not RSVP by the listed deadline you will not be able to attend. The deadline is there so we can give a final number of attendees for our vendors. This is to ensure we have enough food and seats for our guests. If you did not RSVP on time, but spoke with the bride or groom prior to the deadline about attending, you will be able to come as you have been included in the final head count.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but to help us accommodate our guest count and ensure a smooth evening, we’re asking that only children aged 8 and older attend the ceremony and reception. If you do bring a child, please supervise them and quietly step outside if they become disruptive.

Question

Can I Bring a plus one?

Answer

To keep the guest count at a manageable number, we ask that you do not bring a plus one unless one is listed on your invitation. For those with listed plus ones, we please ask that you refrain from bringing anyone you are in a casual or new relationship with. As much as we want you to have someone to dance with, we do not want to be getting to know your plus one at the same time you are.

Question

Will food and drinks be provided?

Answer

Yes — we will have BBQ catered for dinner. Nonalcoholic drinks (Coke products, tea, and water) will be available. Dessert will also be provided as a sweet treat after the meal.

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes — we’ll have an open bar with beer and wine for guests 21 and older. Hard liquor is not available due to the venue’s policy. Please do not bring outside alcohol onto the property; guests who do so will be asked to leave immediately. Any fees or damages resulting from a violation of the liquor policy will be charged to the guest responsible. ** Alcohol will stop being served at 9:30 pm**
