However, a shuttle with limited seating will be provided and conduct round trips all night, should things get a little out of hand! If you prefer to call the hotel directly, rather than using our dedicated booking link, you can certainly do that as well by calling the hotel at 480-899-7400, and when prompted press "1". Be sure to ask for the "Heimeyer - Smithers Wedding Group" to receive our discounted rate of $99/night. Each booked room will include: - Food and Beverage Credit of $15 (1 registered guest in the room) up to $30 per day (2 or more registered guests in the room). This credit may be used in any of the hotel’s food and beverage outlets during the stay! The amount does not roll over each day. - Complimentary WIFI access - Access to the complimentary shuttle, with dedicated shuttle driver on the wedding day to/from the venue. (Turnaround time to and from the venue is approximately 10 minutes.)

Sky Harbor International Airport is by far the largest airport in the Phoenix Metro area and will provide out-of-town guests with the greatest number of airline options, as well as arrival and departure times.

Although airline, arrival, and departure options will be more limited, when compared to Sky-Harbor, Phoenix–Mesa Gateway Airport can provide out-of-town guests with budget friendly flights into the Phoenix Metro area.
