Is this an indoor or outdoor event?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, with the reception to follow indoors. In the event of bad weather, we do have an alternative plan in place.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM on Saturday, October 3, 2026. We kindly ask guests to be seated no later than 3:45 PM.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking available on site. Limited transportation will also be provided by the couple/family to and from the Jellystone Park cabins.

Is there transportation to and from the cabins?

Answer

We are pleased to offer limited shuttle transportation between the Jellystone Park cabins and the wedding venue. Advance reservations are required, as seating is limited, please indicate under the RSVP tab if you would like to reserve a spot. If you do reserve a seat, we kindly ask that you do so only if you plan to use the shuttle, allowing us to accommodate as many guests as possible. There will be one shuttle from Jellystone Park to the Everlee, leaving promptly at 3:15PM and two shuttles from the Everlee to Jellystone Park, the first leaving at 9:30PM and the second at 10:30PM. Thank you!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are requesting formal/black tie optional attire. The bridal party will be wearing black, and guests are welcome (and encouraged!) to wear black as well.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to limited numbers, only those listed on the invitation are invited. If your children are included, your invitation will be addressed to “The [Your Last Name] Family.” While we love your little ones, we hope you’ll take this opportunity to enjoy a night out together. Exceptions have been made only for the little ones in our bridal party and family members.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited guest capacity, only those listed on your invitation are invited. If you are able to bring a guest, it will be indicated with “and guest” on your invitation. Final guest counts will be provided to our vendors in advance and cannot be adjusted.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so that our (incredible) professional photographers/videographers can capture the day. However, we do encourage you to take photos before the ceremony, during cocktail hour, and at the reception!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar for all guests to enjoy. We encourage you to plan ahead for safe transportation home! There will be limited transportation provided by the couple/family to the Jellystone Park cabins. If you will be staying elsewhere, please arrange for a safe ride home from a designated drive or utilize Uber/Lyft.
