Flight

DIA (Denver International Airport)

Please be mindful that when traveling to our wedding DIA is about a 2 hour drive with no traffic. We highly recommend all guests come in Thursday night to ensure everyone has a safe arrival and is not rushed on time. If you are coming in Friday please have an early flight to allow for enough travel time to our wedding! Lots of people like to travel and camp Memorial Day weekend in Colorado.

Eagle County Regional Airport

Eagle County Airport is a smaller airport about 30 minutes drive from Vail. United and American Airlines fly to Eagle County Airport and do have direct flights. Please use the epic shuttle, information included on website for pick up and drop off if you fly here, you will not need to rent a car.

If you fly in and do not want a rental car Vail offers bus travel at minimal cost that will pick you up from DIA or Eagle Airport and bring you to Vail. They will also bring you back to the airport, simply make an appointment with them, the larger the group the less money! Vail does have Uber. Vail Village Shuttle

There is a free shuttle throughout Vail that will accommodate our guests if you plan on not staying at the hotel. Please contact the concierge for drop off and pick up locations.
