When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP as soon as you can so that we can finalize numbers with our vendors. However, the preferred deadline is May 1st, 2025. If we have not received a response by June 1st, we will count you as "no".

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invite specifies a "plus one" then you are welcome to bring one! Please be sure to RSVP for your plus one.

Are children invited?

Answer

Yes. If your invitation is addressed to you & family, this includes your children!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask that our guests dress in formal attire.

Are there options for dietary restrictions?

Answer

Yes. There are vegetarian, gluten friendly, vegan, and/or dairy free options available. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have dietary restrictions.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony & reception are being held indoors.

Will transportation to and from the reception be provided?

Answer

A single shuttle (capacity of 52 people) will make one trip out to Moon Lake Golf & Country Club, departing at 4:45 PM from the Sandman Signature South Hotel. This shuttle will also be responsible for returning guests, this has been scheduled for 1:30 AM. In addition, a smaller bus that seats 12 people will be running periodically throughout the night to help transport guests back to the Sandman Signature South as needed. This first of this bus will depart from Moon Lake at approximately 11:00 PM.

Is there a gift registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for. If you'd like to give a gift, we've created a registry for your convenience, or if you prefer, monetary contributions towards our future together are greatly appreciated. Please know that your love and support mean the most to us.

Does Moon Lake accept cash?

Answer

Moon Lake is a cashless venue. Credit & debit are the only acceptable payments.
