We ask that you please RSVP by April 4th!
The shuttle service has a limited number of seats, so please reach out to Heidi at (901) 570-6695 to reserve a space. It will pick up guests before the ceremony from two pick up points in downtown Knoxville: the Hilton or the Tennessean. After the wedding, the shuttle will have two departure times for any guests that do not wish to stay for the entire length of the event: an early departure at 7:30 PM and a late departure at 10:00 PM.
The dress code for the evening falls between semi-formal and cocktail attire. We ask that suits, jumpsuits, or long dresses be worn for the evening. Please refrain from wearing white, but all other colors are welcome. The bridesmaid dresses are all different colors, so there is no need to worry about accidentally matching.
Yes, we ask you to please make arrangements for any young children to stay at home for the evening.
The ceremony will start at 4 PM, so we ask guests to please try to arrive early. There will be welcome drinks and music by the string quartet beginning at 3:30 PM.
There is ample parking onsite at the venue, so you will be able to park and walk straight over to the ceremony. Some of the parking spots are a little bit farther from the event space, so there will be golf carts on site that can help shuttle any guests with limited mobility.
