Puerto Vallarta Airport (PVR)

If you are an US citizen, you should only need your passport. Upon arrival in Puerto Vallarta Airport, you will be handed a Tourist Card that you must fill out with your personal information, and it will be stamped by Immigration officers. I suggest you keep that card in the room safe with your passport as you will be required the tourist card to be able to board your flight back home.
