When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than September 1, 2022. Of course, the sooner the better so the bride can RELAX!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

No. We are serious that we do not want gifts for ourselves. Your presence at our day means everything to us and we know that everyone has to travel to attend. If you insist, we ask that you make a donation to the NHFoodBank (https://nhfoodbank.org/donation-hub/).

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony begins at 5pm. We suggest arriving right before then (4:45pm ish). It could be hot that day and we don't want you to be uncomfortable. Our ceremony will be around 20 minutes max.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

So long as you wear clothes, we are fine with whatever you pick and are comfortable in.

Can I bring a date?

Yes, if you RSVPd with the person's name

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love kids! They are welcome if you RSVPd. Since our wedding is in the evening, we just ask that they not be too tired. If you need something special to accommodate your kids, let us know!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Since we've now moved our wedding to a hotel, we recommend the Clearwater Beach Marriott. If that doesn't work for you, we've added a few to our website. We can also help you if those aren't the right choices.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course. Please just note this when you RSVP. No one wants hives at a wedding!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is free parking at the hotel or you can valet for $20.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

This isn't needed because everything is at the hotel. If you need a ride because of too much run, it's easy enough to get an Uber/Lyft!

What is the weather like in early October?

Answer

The high is looking to be 81 and the low 67. Should be excellent weather for dancing :)

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, guests will walk upstairs to the Sand Key Ballroom to enjoy some appetizers and adult beverages while the family takes some photos. Not to worry, we won't take too long. We'll be up shortly to join you!

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #hatrick2022 so we can keep track of all of your pictures! Also, during the ceremony, we request that you stay present and refrain from recording, social media etc.

Any suggestions to get my makeup done?

Answer

I found a great woman who runs a place called "DollFace". Her name is Felicia and her number is (574) 807-5311. If you want your makeup done for our wedding, she's already going to be there so give her a call!
