GUEST ARRIVAL
4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
We will be providing transportation on Friday from Florence to Castello di Ristonchi. Shuttle to the castle leaves at 230pm from meeting point Train Station Santa Maria Novella. Once you arrive at the station, you have to look for PIAZZALE MONTELUNGO -BINARIO 16 (look for sign with Heidi/Liam Wedding). Please do not please late.
Welcome Wine on the Terrace
7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Let's kick back, celebrate, and get to know each other for our wedding weekend extravaganza. Meet us on the castle terrace for some welcome wine and introductions while we watch the sunset over the Tuscan mountains.
Dinner Welcome Party
8:00 pm - 10:00 pm
We cannot wait to share our love of creating beautiful food with you. The dinner will be a make-your-own-pizza-style event - with fresh ingredients from the castle garden and cook it yourselves in the stone oven built right into the castle tower! Roll out fresh dough, sip local wine, and watch the sunset from the terrace. The goal is to relax and have some fun getting to know one another before the big day. There will be a bar open (for those who do not want wine) for additional alcohol to purchase.

Breakfast on The Terrace
9:00 am - 10:30 am
Join us for a light breakfast on the terrace. Indulge in Fresh Bread with Local Jams and Honey, Cheese Boards, Yogurt, and Muesli. Includes Coffee, Juice, and Still Water. All the honey and olive oil we consume all weekend come from bees raised right on-site at the Castello and olives harvested from the olive groves. Still hungry? No problem! Additional food, alcohol, or specialty coffees are available to purchase from the Castello kitchen and will be billed separately to your room.
Optional: Ristonchi Castle Farm Tour & Beer Tasting
10:00 am - 12:00 pm
Ristonchi Castle is an agriturismo (this is a combination of the Italian words agricoltura and turismo). It means that in addition to hosting guests and gorgeous events, they are also a farm and offer the freshest food. Tour the 2,000 olive trees, 15,000 industrial hemp plants, 100 beehives, a large fruit and vegetable garden and a forest full of chestnut, walnut, acorn, cherry, fig, apple, pear and plum trees - plus numerous wild berries and herbs the castle uses to flavor food and make their own gin, tea or fruity beer.
Poolside Panini Lunch
12:30 pm - 2:30 pm
Join us at the Castello Pool and order free paninis from the Panini Truck! Take a dip in the pool- filled with fresh mountain spring water.
The Ceremony
5:30 pm - 6:00 pm
The Colors of Sunset
Join us on the Fattoria Lawn for the ceremony. Pick a seat - not a side. Cocktail Attire is requested.
Post Ceremony Appertivo
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Join everyone on the terrace post-ceremony to indulge on a selection of fresh appertivos and sip on Prosecco and local beer.
Tuscan Sunset Wedding Dinner
7:30 pm - 9:00 pm

Let the festivities begin. Sit down for a three-course family-style Italian feast prepared fresh by the Castello Chef using locally sourced seasonal ingredients. Food is our love language - so eat, drink, relax, and be prepared to laugh together while we enjoy the Tuscan sun setting over the hills to live Italian music with unlimited wine.
Drinks & Dancing
10:00 pm
Join us for drinks and dancing in the Castello's DUNGEON TURNED DISCO aka "The Rave Cave". Enjoy a four-hour open bar extravaganza while we all celebrate together into the night with our very own DJ, props, and extra surprises!

Post-Festivities Brunch

Join us on the terrace for a hot brunch with a delicious spread of healthy and local ingredients made with love and expertise. Includes Coffee, Tea, Juice and Still Water. Need a little Hair of the Dog? Additional food, alcohol, or speciality coffees are available to purchase from the Castello kitchen and will be billed separately to your room.
BBQ by the Pool
1:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Want to take the afternoon for yourself to recover? Go on a hike in the Tuscan forest? No problem! But we will be poolside hosting a good 'ole fashion American BBQ and hope you will join us. Bring your swimsuit and get ready for a swim while we munch down on some locally sourced burgers & Italian sausages and drink local beer under the Tuscan sun!
Pasta Making Class & Party
6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
It's our final day together and we'd love nothing more than for everyone to come together to learn how to make fresh pasta from the Castello's Master Chef and drink wine on the terrace. Pasta and a variety buffet will be served.
After Dinner Relaxation on the Terrace
8:00 pm - 10:00 pm
It's almost time to say ARRIVEDERCI and head our separate ways. Join everyone on the terrace for some relaxation. Still hungry after all the pasta & wine? No judgement. Additional food & alcohol are available to purchase from the Castello kitchen and will be billed separately to your room.
