FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

We ask you to RSVP no later than June 28th, 2024. But if you're all in right now or if you know you won't be able to join us, feel free to let us know any time.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We have private space reserved at BurnDown from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm. Enjoy cocktails and hors d'oeuvres until 6:00 when we'll offer a brief (we promise!) welcome and turn you loose on the dinner buffet. Dessert will be served around 7:00 and the bar will stay open until 9:00. We'd love to spend every minute possible with you people, but if you are only able to drop in for a short time, please do.

Question

BurnDown looks sweet. Can I stay after the party ends?

Answer

Of course! In fact, they have live music at 9:30 and stay open until 1:00 am. The restaurant has three floors and a rooftop patio, which you're also welcome to check out during the party. The views are pretty great. Take a look: www.burndowndenver.com

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

They sure are! We've included kids on invitations for our out of town guests. If our local friends would like to bring the family, just let us know.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We will be reserving a block of rooms at a hotel. Please see the Travel page of our website in late May for details. If you'd like a personal recommendation sooner than that, reach out to either of us.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please do! Let us know when you RSVP.

Question

Is parking available?

Answer

Street parking is available, but it can be hard to find on a Saturday night. There is a Park-N-Ride at 887 South Broadway, about four blocks from BurnDown. We encourage use of ride share or taxi. The bar will be open all night, so that's probably the safer choice anyway!

Question

Is there transportation between the hotel and the restaurant?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle will pick guests up in time for a 5:00 pm arrival at BurnDown, and will return guests to the hotel a few times throughout the evening. The final shuttle will depart BurnDown at 9:00 pm. Shuttle details are available on the Travel page of this website. If you plan to take the shuttle, please let us know when you RSVP.

Question

We're excited for the party, but when are you two actually getting married?

Answer

We will be married in a private ceremony at the Denver County Courthouse on Friday, July 26th, 2024.
