The plan is to go on the Harbor Cruise Friday night - there will be tacos!! That is from 5-7pm. Casual, just a nice time to get together, have people meet each other and catch up. Click the link below for details - I believe its not BYOB but I can bring food. So you might want to carry some cash or card for drinks.
Saturday morning we will be decorating at the Gatherings. If you would like to help, we are starting at 9am. Need someone to bring lunch about noon. 12pm is rehearsal and hair and makeup starts. All of the wedding party needs to be at The Gatherings at 12 pm please.
Ceremony starts at 4pm outside (80° and beautiful is the forecast) and after you are welcome to get BBQ from Jody's BBQ Food Truck parked outside. Desserts, vegetarian dish and drinks inside. BYOB. The DJ will be keeping the night fun and please also visit the photo booth complete with all the fun props and its own photographer.
We can't wait to see everyone!!
