All guests will have the opportunity to select from a handful of menu options the night of the event. There is no need to pre-order your preferred entrée with your RSVP. We have selected a variety of options to suit most everyone's desires.
Dinner will begin with a Salade Francaise (butter lettuce, marinated cucumber, shaved radish tossed in a mustard tarragon vinaigrette... light and refreshing!) followed by your choice of one of the following entrées (note all entrées include a side of ratatouille and either wild rice or orzo (chef's choice), except the tortellini):
- Filet Mignon with a mushroom and shallot demi-glace (pictured above)
- Roasted quail in a huckleberry reduction (Dan's favorite. Delicious!)
- Salmon poached in raspberry Chambord (Sweetly unique! Heidi's recommendation)
- Tortellini la Forêt (handmade in-house) filled with cheese and topped with sautéed porcini mushrooms and aged garlic cream sauce
Don't forget to save room for dessert!
