Chris and I met in February 2016, around Valentines Day in NYC at a Sports Illustrated Party. He was there chasing after the models but then he met me and it was game over for him!

When Chris and I met, Florida was my home and training base as I have played professional tennis for 13 years. Chris has been living in Chicago working as a trader at IMC for the past 16 years. We have had a long distance relationship for about two and half years. During that time, after much discussion, we decided to quit our jobs and spend time together traveling. We have had great fun seeing some marvelous cities, Melbourne and Sydney, Paris, London and Amsterdam, Mykonos and Panama. On October 31st, Chris proposed to me on a mountaintop in Park City, Utah. We initially went there to celebrate his birthday with some of our friends but then had even more reason to celebrate. I moved to Chicago shortly after his proposal. Wonderfully, we are now together, yes, quarantined like everyone, but happy to be together and knowing that if we can make it through this we can make it through anything!
