Yes, all wedding day events will take place at The Hotel Utica (now Doubletree by Hilton). The ceremony will take place in the hotel ballroom on the third floor. Cocktail hour will begin at 4:30 pm on the mezzanine level following the ceremony. Dinner and dancing will follow in the hotel grand lobby on the first floor.
Check-in at The Hotel Utica is at 3 pm prior to the ceremony start. Check-in at off-site hotels may vary.
Yes, The Hotel Utica has ample parking on-site behind the hotel. Guests can enter through the parking lot entrance to the hotel.
The RSVP deadline is Sunday, June 12th. We kindly ask that you please mail your RSVP card back to us including the guests names and meal selections. Please be sure to indicate any dietary restrictions on the response card.
Yes, we have reserved hotel blocks at 3 local hotels, including The Hotel Utica, if you wish to stay on-site. Rooms will be reserved at discounted rates, for a limited time, after which they will then be released to the general public. Please check out the Travel and Accommodations page for more info! If room blocks run out, please contact Heidi and Lars and additional rooms may be added as needed.
Yes, however, we kindly ask guests to refrain from photographs during our ceremony. Guests are free to take photos the rest of the evening.
Following the reception, the hotel bar is open for guests to continue celebrating with us until close.
