What precautions for COVID-19 will be followed during the wedding?

Answer

We are requiring that our guests be fully vaccinated or have a negative COVID test taken within 72 hours of the wedding. We have elderly and immunocompromised guests and want everyone to be safe at our celebration. Thank you for your understanding as we navigate these uncharted waters.

Dates are only invited if it says and guest. Please reach out to us if there is any confusion.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

As soon as you know would be best for us. But we need RSVPs in by March 15th

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

We request that you park at the Embassy Suites if possible as parking will be limited as it is a residential area. Day parking will be free and for any overnight hotel guests, parking will be discounted to $15. We will be shuttling guests to and from the event.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will have a bus or shuttle to take guests from the hotel to the venue.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that guests dress in formal or semi-formal attire (button-ups or polos, slacks, dresses, rompers, jumpsuits, etc.). No jeans, please.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We recommend you stay at the hotel block options as we will have shuttles or busses to take guests to the venue.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love kids, but this will be an adults-only event unless specifically mentioned.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Villa Park has highs of 75 and lows of 54 in April. We will be getting some heaters as the event will be outdoors and we don't want people cold!!
