Is there a train or shuttle to the venue from the airport?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. We do not have a direct shuttle to the venue from the airport. There are hirable services such as the "Estes Park Shuttles" company that can be used. We kindly ask our guests to please make their way to Estes however they are able. If there are issues or questions please reach out to the Groom and he will do his best to help.

YMCA of the Rockies is a huge campus, where exactly is the Chapel?

Answer

We are getting married in Hyde Chapel. Once you turn in to the campus off of Highway 66/Tunnel Road you will stay to the right, following the signs for the administration building. Continue up the road and turn left on Longhouse Way. You will see Hyde Chapel on the right hand side of the road. The reception is walking distance from Hyde Chapel.

What should I wear (What the heck does Cocktail Attire & Mountain Chic mean)?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: Think polished, semi-formal - not a full ballgown, but not flipflops either Women's examples: knee-to-midi length dress or dressy skirt/top, or a tailored jumpsuit Men's examples: suit and tie (or blazer with dress pants) Mountain Chic: Elevated, nature-inspired textures and colors — think rich earth tones, plaids, velvet, suede, wool, or fur/faux-fur accents Women's examples: Boots (heeled or dressy flat) instead of heels, layering pieces, or jewel tones inspired by mountain landscapes Men's examples: can swap a classic suit for a well-fitted blazer in tweed or plaid, dark jeans (if very dressy), or a flannel-inspired dress shirt The key is to look dressed up, but with warmth, texture, and a nod to the mountain setting rather than a strictly city-formal look.

Do you have a block of rooms or a discount code available?

Answer

While the YMCA of the Rockies does not allow for room blocks or discount codes for weddings, they do offer many discounts on lodging such as an educator discount and an active military discount. Please visit their website or call 888-613-9622 for more details.

I want to book at YMCA of the Rockies but there are two. Does that matter?

Answer

YES! Please make sure when booking at YMCA of the Rockies you are only selecting the Estes Park Location. The Snow Mountain Ranch location is very far from the venue and will lead to a very unpleasant weekend experience!

What do I do if the information for my RSVP is wrong?

Answer

While we did our best to verify and triple check our information, there is a chance something snuck through. If you see an error (missing child or plus one, misspelled name, etc) please let the Krystal or David know and they will take care of it right away!
