We're so excited to celebrate with you!

Joe and Liz met at Vintage Wine Bar in Farmingdale one Monday night in October of 2016. They ate Terra chips and Joe drank pumpkin beer until they turned the lights on. They had a great time and realized that they wanted to see more of each other. Joe sent Liz surprise flowers to her job for her birthday the next week, and now it's become a tradition 6 years later!

Joe had planned a weekend away for Liz's birthday since they both were working full time (and overtime) through the pandemic. Since Covid was still in full swing and Liz was midway through her NP program, he planned something close, Boston. Logan joined on the road trip, per usual. There was shopping in the morning and plan for brunch after. When Liz was finished doing her makeup, Joe was holding Logan and a beautiful engagement ring in a box that says "How about forever?"
