The event space is available to us starting at 9:30am. If you are able to show up early to help with setting up, then let us know. Responsibilities include: setting up tables, setting up the buffet, and heating up food. If you have an eye for arranging food on platters in an aesthetically-pleasing way, then we'd love your help! You do NOT have to show up at 9:30am. Just let us know when you'd be available. If you want to change clothes before the event starts, there are multiple rooms you can use upstairs.
1:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.
No dress code! Wear whatever you feel most comfortable in. Just keep things classy: be clean, don't be half-naked, don't wear outfits that would potentially outshine the bride / groom. Basic stuff. The bride and groom will be wearing their wedding dress and tux / suit. So if you want to dress up, you won't be out of place. If it matters: the bride's dress is non-traditional, floor length, with a train. If you need to arrive a bit later or leave early, then please feel free to do so! We booked a large chunk of time to give people the flexibility to show up when they wanted. We wanted to have a casual vibe. If you can't stay the entire time, then please let us know, so we can order the appropriate amount of food. Food will be served buffet-style. For now, the plan is: Appetizers will be served from about 1:00-3:00. Lunch / Dinner will be served from about 3:30-5:30. Desserts will be served at around 6pm.

The event space is available to us until 9pm. If you are able to stay late to help with cleaning up, then let us know. Responsibilities include: taking down tables, wiping down surfaces, washing dishes, and putting food into storage containers. If you want to change clothes after the reception, there are multiple rooms you can use upstairs.
