Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

The deadline to submit your digital RSVP is September 1st, 2025. If you have any issues or are unable to submit digitally please contact Ashley or Harrison directly.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 3:30 pm. Please plan to arrive no later than 3:20 pm to allow time for parking and to allow for seating and getting settled. If you do not arrive prior the parking ushers will not let you in as the parking is directly below the venue. Once the ceremony begins the car ushers will let you in.

Is parking available?

Answer

Yes! There is limited parking at the venue so if you can carpool it is recommend or utilize our free shuttle service from The Holiday Inn La Verkin. There will be parking ushers guiding you where to park.

What will the weather be like this time of year in Utah?

Answer

Per our wedding venue, this is the best time of the year to get married in Toquerville! Typical weather in Southern Utah always varies but it will be around 67 to 81 degrees. It does get chilly later in the evening against the canyon, so pack something if you get cold easily... or you can dance the night away to stay warm too!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal wedding attire. The ceremony is outside on the grass so please plan your footwear accordingly! We will also be in and out of the indoor facilities located on-site. Ladies, we kindly ask that you avoid traditionally reserved colors for the bride- whites and ivories.

Is this an indoor or outdoor event?

Answer

Our venue utilizes both outdoor and indoor spaces. There is grass, so ladies please plan your footwear accordingly.

Can I take pictures during your ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony is unplugged and we wish to maintain its solemnity. We kindly ask that all guest refrain from taking pictures or videos during the wedding ceremony. Please avoid blocking the view of our professional photographer who will be capturing these wonderful moments for us then to share! We promise that we will be sharing our photos after the wedding. Once we are announced as husband and wife, feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you would like!

Can I bring a plus one? Are kids allowed?

Answer

Unfortunately due to the size of our venue we cannot accommodate plus-ones unless they are mentioned on your invitation. Your invitation will include who is included in your group (including kids). When you go to RSVP it will list all members that are invited. Thank you for your understanding :)

Where are you registered?

Answer

Your presence and traveling to our wedding are gifts in and of themselves! If you would still wish to contribute a gift please refer to the Registry tab on the website.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Cheers to that, yes there will be!! There will also be a QR code/container to tip our bartender's if you wish to do so.

Is there a hotel or room block?

Answer

We recommend the Holiday Inn La Verkin due to how close it is to the venue. We are offering a shuttle to take you to the venue and return at the end of the night, so you can have a fun time and not worry about driving. The room block information is located on the Travel & Hotel page.
