It was a typical Thursday night, Kim was with her friend Kayte grabbing a post dinner drink at Public School 818. Ryan was with co-workers after covering the NBA Draft, when Kim glanced across the bar to see a tall, dark and very handsome man at the other end. As fate would have it, Kayte knew one of Ryan's co-workers & was able to play matchmaker. The group turned into just the two of them & numbers were exchanged. In the following months they bonded over food & wine (nothings changed).

When she tells exactly how she wants you to propose, and she's there when you buy the ring, getting down on one knee doesn't come as much of a surprise - Ryan HOLD ON, you were the one who asked what my dream proposal would be & said WE should go ring shopping. But yeah, I got the perfect ring & the perfect proposal so great job! - Kim On the beach, at sunset, the first night of our 10 day vacation in Maui and Kauai, I finally popped the question. We found Adelaida Vineyards the first time we went to Paso together when we were still dating in 2018 and loved everything about it.
