Will There Be COVID Safety Protocols?

Answer

Absolutely, this wedding is 97% vaccinated, but we will be abiding by the policies set by our location, caterer and the local Virginia government. Masks will be provided if you do not have one, there will be hand sanitizer stations and plenty of outdoor space for people to spread out.

Is there an after party?

Answer

You bet! The DJ has to stop at 11 but that doesn't mean the party will stop. A bonfire, s'mores, speeches and more will be awaiting those who want to stay longer.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Only if you have been given a +1. Unfortunately weddings are expensive and sacrifices needed to be made for COVID safety. However, we will guarantee a good time!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course! Please let Heddy or Walker know as soon as possible so that we can accommodate your needs.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

When you arrive at Avon Hill staff will guide you to the parking area.

Are Their Ubers in Howardsville, Virginia?

Answer

Avon Hill is in a very rural area, Ubers are not likely to come out to the farm. Please be responsible or if you are with a group have a designated driver.
