When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The last day to RSVP is Sunday, July 17th. If you do not RSVP we will assume that you will NOT be attending.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive on time. Doors will open at 3PM and close at 3:20PM. You will not be attended if you come after doors close.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we ask that if they are not part of the wedding guest list (searchable in the RSVP search bar) they cannot attend.

Are children welcome?

Answer

Due to limited space, we ask that if your child is not part of the wedding party or guest list, that you find a sitter.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

For your convenience parking and shuttle services will be provided. Family and special guests will park at the venue lot until filled. All other guests will then park at the lower lot of Embassy Suites by Hilton Philadelphia Valley Forge at Chesterbrook, PA. A shuttle will take guests to and from wedding venue. Thank you!

Will there be alcoholic beverages?

Answer

Alcoholic beverages will not be provided at the venue. This is a sober wedding. We humbly ask guests to kindly respect the wishes of the bride and groom.

Will there be smoking zones?

Answer

No smoking permitted at the venue.
