Where to fly from
The most economical airport to fly from is Tijuana airport. You can park your car or have someone drop you off at the CBX in San Diego, that way you don't have to enter Tijuana.
Where to stay
The wedding will be in the Hotel zone in Mazatlan. You can stay at the hotel where the wedding will be (Courtyard Marriott) but there is also a Holiday Inn next door. Other options include City express, Las Flores Beach Resort and Best Western Hotel. Another option is Airbnb. If you find more economic options but you are not sure of the location, feel free to ask bride or groom.
How to get around
Thankfully, Mazatlan is easy to get around . Ubers are cheap, Buses are easy to navigate and there are typical Pulmonias driving all around the city ( a bit more pricey but a must at least once). It is easy to drive in Mazatlan if you rent a car but we don't recommend since parking can be challenging at times.

You can exchange dollars to pesos at your bank or in Maza.
