Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Since we have a plated meal service and meal selections, we need to save you a seat! Please RSVP no later than February 9 using the RSVP tab and inserting your name.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

To allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and uninhibited revelry, we respectfully ask that no children attend the reception. If you would like a suggestion for a sitter, please contact us and we can put you into contact with one of them.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

When you RSVP on the website if we have reserved a seat for you to bring a plus one, it will be indicated for you to RSVP them.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are asking our guests to come in pastel formal attire. Think spring/ Easter formal. Please avoid wearing white, cream, ivory, or jeans. Here is a link for attire inspiration! https://pin.it/28XaVGg

Question

When should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 30 mins before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is in their seats on time. We will begin promptly at 2:00pm.

Question

What should I do with my time between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

After the ceremony concludes, we suggest you take a moment to explore Tulsa (check out our Things to Do page), grab a drink, or check in to your hotel. Please plan on the drive from the ceremony area to the reception at Dream Point Ranch to take about 35 minutes.

Question

Can I leave my car at the venue overnight at the reception venue or is there Uber service?

Answer

You may leave your car but it must be picked up by 10 am. Uber is available but must be requested 45 minutes before planning to depart.

Question

What are we having to eat and drink?

Answer

You have a choice of chimichurri skirt steak with vidalia onions, peppers, rice, and asparagus or green chile queso chicken with queso fresco, fresh cilantro, and roasted tomato. Please indicate each meal choice on the RSVP and let us know if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies and we will do our best to accomodate. There will be an open bar, coffee, water, and soft drinks.

Question

Anything else I should know?

Answer

Hector and McKenna’s guest book is a bible that they plan to read during their first year of marriage. Please begin to think of a bible verse you would like to share with the couple on their special day. We will provide highlighters/ sticky notes/ and pens to note the bible verse of your choice.
