Everybody is welcome to join us in getting some brews before the I Do's on the Thursday before. Super casual. BYOB (buy-your-own-beer). Refer to the 'Schedule' tab for more information.
Either will do so whatever's easier for you!
Sooner the better but no later than August 31st.
Yes. See upper right corner of this website.
Your presence at our wedding is gift enough. Seriously. But because you asked we are registered through Zola and at Crate & Barrel. Please visit the 'Registry' tab.
Black Tie - Optional. Marisa wanted to request "Bohemian Black Tie" but no one grasped what it is so interpret that as you wish. That said, we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button too tight, let it all loose. Most importantly, come as yourself.
We got you.
Yep! Click the 'Travel' tab above. Please observe the September 2nd room block deadline.
For sure. See the 'Things to Do' tab above.
Cathedral of Holy Angels 640 Tyler Street Gary, Indiana 46402
Marquette Park Pavilion 1 North Grand Boulevard Miller Beach, Indiana 46403
Approximately 15 minutes, more or less depending on how fast you drive.
Sure is! We will have a big yellow school bus (yep, you heard that right) pick up guests from the hotel at 3:30 p.m. and the bus will shuttle guests to/from the hotel and ceremony and reception venues. Space is limited and it will leave without you so being timely is paramount.
There's plenty of parking at each of the locations. At the ceremony, there are parking lots adjacent to and across from the cathedral. At the reception, there's an attendee parking lot in walking distance. You can't miss it.
Fashionably early.
Of course! But, please be mindful during the ceremony and present throughout the evening... Life isn't lived through a lens.
Time permitting, you could always stop at either 18th Street Brewery, Indie Indie Bang Bang, or Vibrations Juice Bar, though we strongly suggest just walking around the grounds of the reception venue or along the lakeshore. It's so beautiful you want to experience it.
11 p.m. but the memories will last forever.
Yes. We're keeping some things traditional.
