Please arrive at the ceremony by 5 PM to ensure you are comfortably seated before the ceremony begins promptly at 5:30 PM.
Uber and Lyft services are limited due to the location so we recommend planning accordingly. We’ll have a shuttle running to and from the venue for your convenience. Please note the shuttle bus has a max capacity of 27 people and will only be doing one round TO the venue. To the Venue: Pickup at Hotel Winters: 4:25 PM (Shuttle will wait until 4:35 PM before departing) Pickup at Fairfield Inn & Suites Winters Davis: 4:40 PM (Shuttle will wait until 4:50 PM before departing) Arrival at Park Winters: Between 5:00–5:10 PM Return Shuttles: Return service will run between 9:15 PM – 11:15 PM Shuttles will make multiple trips back to Hotel Winters and Fairfield Inn & Suites The last shuttle will leave Park Winters at 11:15 PM
Yes! There is plenty of free parking available at the venue. However, please note that the venue is in a more remote location, so we recommend driving carefully, especially at night. Be sure to follow the signs and take your time on the road. We want everyone to enjoy the celebration and arrive home safely!
We politely ask that guests dress in garden attire—think elegant, comfortable outfits perfect for an outdoor summer celebration. For women, flowy dresses, floral prints, or light fabrics work beautifully, and for men, light-colored suits or dress pants with a button-down shirt are ideal.
We've hired an amazing photographer to capture our special moments, so we kindly ask that you keep your phones away during the ceremony. Feel free to snap away at cocktail hour and the reception!
As we’re keeping our celebration intimate, we are only able to accommodate guests listed on the invitation. We hope you understand and look forward to celebrating with you!
We love your little ones, but we please ask that this be an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!
We will be serving a plated dinner. Please let us know in your RSVP if you have any dietary restrictions so we can do our best to accommodate them.
The wedding will primarily take place outdoors, with the ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner all held outside (weather permitting). During the reception, guests can enjoy the patio, explore the gardens, or cozy up by the fireplace overlooking the fields. Dancing will be indoors to keep the celebration lively and comfortable!
The reception will conclude at 11 PM. For those planning to take an Uber, we recommend scheduling your ride ahead of time to ensure a smooth departure.
