Yes, a valid passport is required for international travel. Please check entry requirements based on your country of residence.

We recommend arriving at least 1–2 days before the wedding so you have time to settle in and enjoy the destination.

Private transfers, taxis, rental cars, and shuttle services are available. We’ll share recommended transportation options closer to the date.

Question

We’ve recommended a few hotels near our wedding events for different budgets. Please see the Travel section for details.

Question

What events are happening during the wedding weekend?

Answer

We will be a bit busy the days leading up to the wedding but we are planning a few outings after the wedding if anyone would like to join.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We’d love for everyone to dress up and feel their best! Formal attire is encouraged. Please keep in mind evenings may be cooler, and the venue may have uneven terrain, so comfortable footwear is recommended.

Expect hot days and occasional unexpected rain.

Question

How do we get around once we arrive?

Depending on your plans, you can use private drivers, rental cars, or arranged transportation.

Question

Do you recommend booking a shuttle or driver for exploring?

Answer

Yes! For groups, we highly recommend hiring a shuttle or driver, especially for day trips. Many offer a flat day rate, making it a great way to explore.

Question

What are some things to do while we’re there?

Answer

We’ll share some of our favorite beaches, restaurants, sightseeing spots, and adventure recommendations in “things to do”

Question

Can I make a vacation out of this trip?

Answer

Absolutely — we hope you do!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We know destination weddings can take extra planning, and we completely understand! We kindly ask that you RSVP by January 9th 2027 so we can finalize everything. If we don’t hear back by then, we’ll assume you’re unable to attend—but we’ll definitely miss celebrating with you!

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

We’d love to celebrate with everyone! For our wedding, we’ve carefully planned and reserved seats for the specific guests listed on each invitation. If your invitation includes a plus-one, it’s been designated for that person. If they’re unable to attend, we unfortunately won’t be able to transfer that spot—but we’d still absolutely love for you to come celebrate with us!

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

To allow all guests to relax and enjoy the celebration we’ve chosen to make our wedding an adults-only event. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate together.

Question

Who should I contact if I have questions?

Answer

Please reach out to Gabbi (909)543-7382 or Hector (310)982-3574.
