When is the wedding, and at what time?

Answer

The wedding is set for August 19th, 2026. Guests can begin to arrive at 3:30 PM as the ceremony is set to promptly start at 4:00 PM.

How can I get to the venue?

Answer

If guests will be flying in, arriving in Denver is recommended. The city is an hour and a half away from Fraser. It is recommended for guests to rent a car at the Denver Airport and drive to the venue. If guests will be driving in, it is recommended to split the trip into two days and stopping in Amarillo, Texas for the first night. The trip from Laredo to Amarillo is 9+ hours, and the trip from Amarillo to Fraser is about 8 hours.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and reception will both take place outdoors. Pleasant weather (somewhere in the mid 70s to low 80s) is expected. Guests are encouraged to bring a sweater or jacket, as temperatures may cool later into the evening.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is semi-formal with a breathable, summer-friendly vibe. The bride and groom are embracing a color palette that includes pastel pink, dusty blue, and ivory white. Suggested attire includes: Men: Linen blazers, slacks or chinos, and light button up dress shirts for a polished yet comfortable look (a tie is encouraged but optional). Women: Floral or summer-colored dresses (mid to low length) in soft and airy fabrics. Overall, guests should opt for elegant, fresh, and season-appropriate attire—perfect for celebrating in style while staying comfortable. The bride and groom encourage every guest to embrace their own style for the wedding, but kindly ask that there be NO JEANS!

If guests will be attending solo and are interested in bringing a plus one, they must reach out to the bride and groom as soon as possible so that an accurate headcount and proper arrangements can be planned with anticipation.

Do I have to pay for my own travel and accommodations?

Answer

Yes, all guests are required to pay for their own travel and lodging. The bride and groom are fully aware that traveling such a great distance may be costly, so they completely understand those guests who will be unable to attend!
