COVID-19

Answer

The Excellence Collection will be providing COVID-19 tests to guests with a return flight to a country that requires proof of a negative result within 24 hours of returning home. Antigen tests are free of charge. ***PLEASE VISIT THE HOTEL WEBSITE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS REGARDING COVID-19***

ARE KIDS INVITED?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your time off! The resort however is family friendly, but please provide us with your child's age at the time of the wedding so we may notify responsible parties.

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Answer

The wedding is by invitation only, so we kindly ask only those invited may attend.

WHAT’S THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

As provided by the resort: Ceremony: Formal or semi-formal. Casual khaki shorts, no bathing suits allowed during the Ceremony Performance. Reception: For Ladies: Long pants, Capri pants, skirt and blouse, dress. For Gentlemen: Long pants, dress shorts and dress shirt or polo shirt. Casual shoes or elegant sandals must be worn. T-shirts, tank tops, shorts and beach sandals or flip flops are NOT allowed.

IS THERE ANYTHING THAT IS NOT INCLUDED?

Answer

Any activities not sponsored by the resort. Although tips are technically included in your resort package, you’ll want to bring some 1’s and 5’s for the bartenders and servers taking care of you throughout your stay in the proper currency. Keep in mind, your shuttle driver isn’t a part of the resort staff, so bring some cash for your transfer driver. Additional excursions or spa treatments are also not included and can be paid with a credit card at the hotel.

WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO BOOK MY TRIP?

We are working besides a licensed travel advisor that will help book your accommodations, your flights may also be booked through her if you please. Sandra's contact information can be found under the travel tab.

WHAT IF I CAN'T AFFORD IT?

Answer

We understand not everyone will be able to make the trip, and that's okay! We understand! Just be sure to let us know as soon as you can after receiving your save-the-date!

SHOULD I BRING A GIFT?

Answer

ABSOLUTELY NOT NECESSARY! Making the trip is a gift in itself and your presence is a present and we would love nothing more than your support and love on our special day! You can always add a tour or spa treatment to our itinerary, if you want to give us something we can enjoy at the resort.
