Cocktail attire. We recommend dresses or jumpsuits for women, and suits, sport coats, or dress shirts with slacks for men.
The ceremony will be held indoors, as well as the reception. Social hour will be hosted outdoors by the waterfront pool patio (weather permitting).
If you have a plus one, it will be specified on your invitation/RSVP.
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. Thank you for understanding.
Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the wedding ceremony.
Door County Trolley will provide transportation from Stone Harbor Resort to the ceremony at Bay View Lutheran Church. Following the ceremony, the trolley will also transport guests back to Stone Harbor Resort. Please note that the trolley may need to make multiple trips between the venues, so we appreciate your patience and flexibility.
Out of respect for the ceremony, please refrain from taking photos or videos during this time.
Dinner will feature your pre-selected plated meal option from your RSVP.
We've reserved a room block at Stone Harbor Resort (reception venue). Avoid waiting until the last minute to book your stay, as October is peak season in Door County. To reserve your room within our Stone Harbor hotel block, please call them at (920) 746-0700 and reference the "Townsend/Heck Wedding". If you miss the deadline to reserve a room in our block, you can find additional nearby accommodations on our travel page.
Yes, free on-site parking is available at Bay View Lutheran Church. Stone Harbor Resort also offers complimentary on-site parking, and there is an additional free city parking garage located just across the street from the resort.
