FAQs

The Wedding Website of Jessica Freeling and Brian Hebert
Wedding Day Guidelines: Childfree Celebration We kindly ask that our wedding remain an adults-only event. We will be at full guest capacity and cannot accommodate additional attendees. Guests who arrive with children will not be able to join the celebration. Thank you for understanding and honoring this request. Plus-One Policy Due to limited space, only guests who have been specifically granted a plus-one on their invitation may bring a guest. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us stay within capacity. Outdoor Attire Our ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. Think dressy casual—polished yet comfortable. We also recommend low heels or flats, as the ground may be uneven in some areas. Thoughtfulness & Courtesy Above all, we ask that guests be considerate of one another and of the bride and groom as we celebrate this special day. Your kindness and respect help make the day memorable for everyone. We can’t wait to celebrate with you and hope you have an amazing time!
Question

What time should we arrive?

Answer

The ceremony starts promptly at 11:30am, we would recommend guests make sure they have arrived no later than 11:15am to be able to find their seat

Question

Will there be parking available on site?

Answer

Yes, the property will have parking available and we will have signs directing guests to the portion of the property allotted for parking.

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

We will have a selection of beers and wines, and a ready made signature cocktail designed for our wedding. One of the groom's picks from local brewery, Gnarley Barley, will also be available as a keg for all to enjoy.

Question

What is dressy casual attire?

Answer

For women, dressy casual means looking put-together without being overly formal—think sundresses, midi or maxi dresses, skirts with nice tops, or tailored jumpsuits. Fabrics like cotton, linen, or light chiffon work well. Heels, wedges, or dressy flats are all appropriate (and flats are encouraged for outdoor settings). Accessories can be simple but polished. For men, dressy casual typically includes chinos or dress pants paired with a button-down shirt, polo, or lightweight sweater. A sport coat is optional but not required. Loafers, dress shoes, or clean leather sneakers are all suitable. The goal is elevated and neat, but still comfortable and not as formal as a suit and tie. Overall, dressy casual sits right between everyday wear and formal attire—refined, stylish, and relaxed.

Question

Is there a color theme for the dress code?

Answer

Yes! Since this is a spring time wedding, think light spring colors and floral. Please see the dress code tab for color palette ideas.

Question

What type of food will be served at the wedding?

Answer

We are very fortunate to have one of our favorites, Que Pasta Nola, catering our wedding. With their amazing Latin influenced dishes, the menu will feature meat and seafood options. If you have any dietary restrictions we need to be aware of, please let us know as soon as possible!
