Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. Please allow enough time for parking and locating your seat. We want to make sure everyone is settled in before we say "I DO!" If you are taking the shuttle from one of our two hotels, you will be picked up outside the lobby at 3:30 PM.
Ladies, feel free to wear mini, midi, or maxi dresses. We recommend block heels as our ceremony is in a grassy area. We would love for you to wear color, embracing the last bit of warm weather, but our only requirement is avoiding anything white or cream. Gentlemen, please wear a suit - tie optional (as specifically requested by the groom).
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking for all phones and devices to be turned off and put away during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer and videographer to capture this moment for all of us! After the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many photos as you want!
We are only able to accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be detailed on your invitation.
As much as we love your little ones, we will not be including any children in the ceremony or reception, aside from our ring bearers. Please take this time to enjoy a child-free night!
If you do not RSVP by the deadline, you will unfortunately not be able to attend the wedding. To avoid missing out on all the fun, please make sure you RSVP by the date listed on your invitation (August 1st).
The ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting) and cocktail hour will be held in an indoor/outdoor space (weather permitting). The reception will take place indoors.
Yes! The venue has a large parking lot for wedding guests only. If you are staying at the hotel with our hotel block, a shuttle service will be provided.
