Are kids invited?

Answer

Yes! This is a family event and we want you to bring your littles to enjoy a weekend in the woods.

Will transportation be provided from hotels to the venue?

Answer

Unfortunately no, if you are planning to book a hotel, please also make plans for your transportation needs.

What's the dress code?

Answer

We don't get enough opportunities to dress up in our modern culture. Events are always more fun when you feel fabulous. So be extra, pull out whatever has been sitting in the back of your closet that you've been looking for an excuse to wear. You're gorgeous and handsome and we want to see you looking your best. In other words, please don't wear t-shirts, joggers, tennis shoes, yoga pants, etc. This isn't a group fitness class (: it's a party!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

If you are family, please arrive at 3:30 for family photos. If you are not family, our ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM, please arrive accordingly.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Our reception meal will be vegetarian and include both Vegan & Gluten Free options. We have asked the chef to not use any peanuts.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Please use parking space along the gym or on the Rec field directly outside of the villages. There will be signage to direct you.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We will be at Sunset Lake Camp all weekend with hopes to see you before our big day and to make some fun memories with you. Whether that's hammocking and relaxing by the lake, going for a hike on the beautiful property trails, or playing games out on the Rec field.

Will there be any meals provided for guests other than the reception dinner?
