When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please let us know if you’ll be joining us by February 13, 2027. If we do not receive a response by then, we will assume you are unable to attend.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes! Our celebration will be semi-formal. We kindly encourage a muted, earthy color palette, inspired by our wedding colors of black, deep green, and gold. Soft neutrals and jewel tones are welcome. Please avoid wearing white!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM. We ask that guests arrive 30 minutes early to ensure everyone is seated and ready to begin on time. We encourage guests to allow extra travel time when heading to the venue. If you arrive after 5:00 PM, we ask that you wait until the ceremony concludes to be seated, so as not to interrupt the celebration.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Parking is available on-site, directly to the left after turning in through the main entrance. There are two handicapped spots available next to the pavilion on the right. IMPORTANT: If you arrive after 5:00 PM, please do not pull into the roundabout near the manor to turn around, as this will take you right through the middle of the ceremony.

Can I bring a date?

If a plus one is included, you will see it listed on the website when you fill out your RSVP. If your invitation does not include a plus one, we ask that you attend solo. Please do not bring additional guests beyond those who were specifically invited. We truly appreciate your understanding as we celebrate with our closest family and friends.

Our wedding will be an adults-only celebration.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
Guests are welcome to take as many photos as they like throughout the reception. We ask that phones be silenced and that no photos be taken during the ceremony while our professional photographers capture all the special memories.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please indicate them on your RSVP. If you have a severe airborne food allergy, we ask that you also text us directly to ensure we have seen your note (Text 757-692-9511). While we will do our best to accommodate all needs, we ask that you come prepared with any necessary medications, such as an EpiPen, for your safety.
