When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The RSVP deadline was August 15, 2025. If you couldn’t RSVP by then but still want to attend, reach out to us. The permit required for the beach wedding is based on the number of guests. Currently there is room for a few more people on the tier we’ve applied for.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, ours will be there so yours are welcome too. However, there will not be child care available.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

6:30am for the sunrise ceremony. Any time during the other events.

Where do I park?

Answer

Roadside parking is allowed as long as you don’t block the bicycle lane. Carpooling, Uber, and Lyft are also some options to consider.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We care not what you wear, only that you are there. Seriously, you can wear pajamas the whole time if you want.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Vilano beach is about 6-7 miles (10 minutes driving) away and has several hotel options. St. Augustine is a 15-20 minute drive. See the travel page for links to discounted accommodations or feel free to search on your own.

What if I have a food allergy?

Answer

There is a question in the RSVP process to let us know if you have any food allergies or preferences. We will do our best to accommodate everyone’s dietary needs. If you didn’t see the question just let us know.
