There will be two shuttles, leaving the hotel to go to the venue. The first shuttle will leave at 3:45pm and the second shuttle will leave at 4:15pm. We will make sure not to start the ceremony until after the second shuttle arrives at the venue!

The ceremony is going to start at 4:30pm sharp. Please arrive by 4:15 if you plan to attend the ceremony.
The dress code for our wedding is semi formal attire. Please no blue jeans. We also kindly ask to reserve traditional wedding colors for the bride which includes - whites, ivories and creams. We encourage black attire!
While we love your kids dearly, this is an adults only celebration. We want to be able to include as many of our family and close friends as possible, so this is what works best for us.

Yes there is a parking lot at the atrium. Also, since the ceremony and reception are at the same place you will not have to move your car in between events.
The ceremony will be starting promptly at 4:30pm. We recommend guest arrive by 4:15pm so there is time to mingle and find a seat. If you happen to be late, someone will be there to let you know if they are still allowing guests in or i you need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be able to attend the reception, so hang tight, and we will see you at the reception! Thank you for understanding!
Absolutely. We are just as excited as you are to be sharing our special day together, however, we would like everyone to be present in the moment. Phone are asked to be put on silence and tucked away during the entire duration of our ceremony.

Yes there is! There will be a shuttle that will run twice to the ceremony and three times back to the hotel at the end of the night. This pickup will be at the main enterance of the hotel.
