Where is Maroon Bells Amplitheater?
Answer
It is just outside Aspen, Colorado!

Is there parking near the amphitheater?
Answer
No! The bride and groom have arranged shuttles to shuttle people up to the amphitheater from the Brush Creek Lot. Once dropped off it is just a short easy walk down to the amphitheater. You will then be shuttled back to the lot after!

What should I wear?
Answer
Just look nice! We will be having our photographer take photos of us with all of you so wear something you look nice in........ oh ya..... and please don't wear white!

Is there a restroom at the Amphitheater?
Answer
Yes! Nothing fancy but there is a restroom incase of emergencies!

Is there going to be a reception? Food or Drinks?
Answer
So we are going to be holding a official reception August 16th 2025 at The Montgomery in Excelsior Springs Missouri. However after the ceremony we will have celebratory drinks while photos are being taken!

What should we do after the ceremony?
Answer
Take in all the nature! Feel free to hike around and check things out! Just make sure you watch for wild critters (we are in nature), and stay on the marked paths! Also don't wonder off until you are sure we no longer need you for photos!

Can I bring someone with me not listed on my invite?
Answer
No. Unfortunately we are only allowed 50 people at the amphitheater so the guest list is pretty Strick, but you can bring whoever to the reception on August 16th! Just let us know so we can make sure we have enough food and drinks! There will be a separate invite and RSVP to the reception on the 16th in Missouri so keep your eyes peeled!

What if there is bad weather?
Answer
The plan is to do a weather check the morning of the ceremony. If it looks to be bad weather we may move the time of the ceremony. The bride/ bridal party will reach out to everyone if this is the case. If the weather is good/ you don't hear anything then the ceremony will start at 3 with photos to follow! There will be some umbrellas just incase of a light drizzle!

Where are the Bride and Groom staying?
Answer
The Limelight hotel IN SNOWMASS!!!!! There are two limelight hotels around aspen! The one in snowmass is MUCH more affordable (for aspen at least), the other is crazy expensive! Its 22 mins from the bells and is pet friendly! Feel free to get a room at the same hotel as the bride and groom!
