Ryan and I first met while working together at Burger King in Tamaqua, PA. We became friends, though there were always words left unsaid. Over the years, we realized we liked each other, but life had other plans. When Ryan reached out to me later on, we instantly hit it off again—but circumstances were still holding us back. I was in a difficult marriage, so we both agreed to remain just friends. In 2025, I lost my husband to illness, and it felt like fate stepped in. After a few months of talking and reconnecting, Ryan shared that he still loved me—and I realized I had never stopped loving him either. On December 13, 2025, we officially started dating. Even though our relationship was long-distance, we made it work. Eventually, Ryan made the decision to move back to Pennsylvania, and now we’re finally together in the same time zone. A few days before the proposal, we were lying in bed, being silly and simply enjoying life together, when Ryan asked me to marry him. I wasn’t sure at first, so I asked if he was serious—and he told me he was. Deep down, I knew my answer. I love him with all my heart. Then, on April 23, 2026, Ryan took me to Red Lobster and, knowing I don’t like being the center of attention, simply handed me the ring box and asked me again—and this time, I said yes. We invite you to join us in celebrating our wedding and the beginning of our forever.
