Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Doors to the venue will be open at 5PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30PM. Please plan to arrive no later than 5:15PM to ensure you have plenty of time to find your seat and settle in.

Where should I park?

Answer

We have arranged a trolley service to bring guests from the Loews Hotel to the venue starting at 4PM. The trolley will also provide transportation back to the Loews Hotel beginning at the conclusion of the reception throughout the afterparty! Alternatively, should you chose to drive to the venue, there will be a complimentary parking lot directly across the street from the venue main entrance (on 9th street in between Sansom Street and Chestnut Street). An attendant will be present to provide directional parking once you arrive at the venue. The parking lot has a large green park sign and will be provided from 4pm-2am.

What is the attire?

We’d love to see our family and friends dress up with us! So, we are requesting that all of our guests dress in formal or black-tie attire.

We have reserved two hotel blocks (The Loews and Hotel Monaco). The Bride and Groom will be staying at the Loews. Please check out the travel section on our website for more information and book your room prior to the deadline.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can click on the RSVP tab at any time on our website. If you need any assistance with RSVP'ing, do not hesitate to reach out to us. Please RSVP no later than 10.01.25. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors exact guest count by a certain date.
