Can I RSVP online, or is it necessary to mail in the RSVP card? What is the deadline for RSVPing?
Answer
Please RSVP by January 10, 2025, using our wedding website or by mailing the RSVP card included with your invitation.

May I bring a plus-one or my child?
Answer
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate anyone not listed on the invitations, including guests under 18. Your invitation will specify who is invited. Thank you for your understanding!

What is the dress code for your wedding?
Answer
Semi-formal to Formal! There are more details located on the “Who? What? Where? What do I wear?” Page. If you have additional questions, please reach out to the couple.

Where should we bring or send our wedding gift?
Answer
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you wish to give us a gift, we have a registry on Amazon. You can send your gift to our apartment; please contact us for the address. Alternatively, if you prefer to give a monetary gift, we'll have a card box at the wedding.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
Answer
Our ceremony will be completely UNPLUGGED, with the exception of our designated photographers and videographers. Please respect this and allow them to capture the most beautiful moments of our day. We will have a designated “Kodak Moment” after the kiss for you to take your photos. We kindly ask that you refrain from posting any photos on social media until the couple has had a chance to share them first. Feel free to take photos and videos at the reception, but please be considerate of our photographers. Thank you!

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
Answer
Yes, simply because Heather is attending. Our dinner will be buffet style. 3 types of entrees, 8 salads, and a special dessert surprise! Please reach out to Heather or Ramon prior to the wedding day if you have any concerns.

What is the itinerary for the wedding day, and what time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 3:00 PM on Thursday, February 20, 2025. Please arrive by 2:30 PM to take full advantage of the venue's amenities. If you arrive after the ceremony starts, you will need to wait until it concludes before entering.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our wedding will be primarily outdoors, but we’ve rented patio heaters for the reception to ensure everyone stays comfortable. Both the ceremony and reception areas are covered.

What are the addresses of the venue? Are they wheelchair accessible?
Answer
The address is 1063 Jefferson Street, Benicia, CA, 94510. We recommend taking the scenic route down E 5th/Military/Adams Street. They are wheelchair accessible with multiple bathrooms and places to decompress.

Is parking available at the wedding venue, and are there lodging options nearby?
Answer
Overnight parking is available at the venue, so you can rest assured that your vehicle will be safe if you need to arrange alternative transportation home. We have compiled a list of recommended accommodations for you to consider during the wedding weekend located under the “Lodging” tab.
