What time should guests arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 5:00pm. We recommend arriving by 4:30pm to allow time for parking and seating.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress code is cocktail attire. Please avoid white, cream or ivory. Men: this typically means a suit or a blazer with dress pants, a dress shirt, and a tie, paired with dress shoes. Women: usually involves a knee-length or midi dress, a stylish jumpsuit, or an elegant skirt and blouse combination, accessorized with heels or dressy flats. Wedding color pallet: blush pink, sage green, navy, grey, tan.

Is parking or transportation provided?

Answer

Guests are responsible for their own transportation. Parking is available on site at Breckenridge Nordic Center for the ceremony and reception. The town of Breckenridge offers a free shuttle service, if you are staying near one of their stops. The shuttle service runs every 30 minutes until 11:15pm (breckfreeride.com).

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to limited seating, we're only able to accommodate guests listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outdoors on the Nordic Center lawn.

Will the ceremony and reception be in the same location?

Answer

Yes! Both will be held at the Breckenridge Nordic Center, with cocktail hour immediately following the ceremony.
