We met ten years ago. Honestly, neither of us ever planned to marry again. However, Preston proposed, I said yes, and the rest is history. We commited to each other many years ago and have, like all couples, weathered many storms, but have chosen to work through them. We hope all of you can join us as we make this commitment public and legal!
After somehow throwing together a wedding in three short months; having all the loose ends tied and everything prepared and ready to go! COVID-19 decided to rear its ugly head in the United States. It was March 13th when the panic hit my work(Louisiana Public School System was officially closed for AT LEAST a month.) People were starting to panic and plan for the worst. Yet, STILL, it didnt occur to me that my wedding may be affected! That didnât happen until I received a message from the girl at my venue: â I know this must be a stressful time for you, but when youâre ready to think about your new wedding date let me know and I will work with you to reschedule!â So anyway I am calling this our wedding TAKE 2, as that is exactly what it is, our second go at trying to have a wedding! The way things are currently looking I may have a Take 3!!! Letâs all hope that doesnât happenđ€Šââïž
