We do have a cash fund set up here on Zola; We've been blessed to have built our home together, and kindly ask for no additional gifts. Your presence at our wedding is truly the greatest gift to us, especially as you travel to join our celebrations leading up to and during our wedding.
Our main recommendation is on-site at Wintergreen Resort; our room block information has been provided on our Save the Date, and will also be provided on our invitations (expected to be sent in the month of June). Early October is peak leaf-peeping season at Wintergreen, so we highly recommend that you secure your reservation as soon as possible! Please visit Wintergreen's Accommodations Guide for rental options: https://www.wintergreenresort.com/accommodations-home/
Our wedding attire is semi-formal/cocktail. Our ceremony and reception will be held outdoors on a mountaintop, so we recommend shoes suitable for grass and bricks, and bringing a jacket or extra layer for cooler temperatures.
Navy blue, dusty blue, and pale blue. Don't worry about matching the bridal party. Blue is both Heather and Pete's favorite color, and is encouraged!
There is parking available at Wintergreen Resort's Mountain Inn (main building) and at individual rental locations.
Yes, there will be a shuttle bringing guests from Wintergreen's Mountain Inn (main building) to the ceremony location. Specific timing is being finalized with our venue, and will be communicated when invitations are sent out in June.
Due to limited venue capacity, we're only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. Please refer to your invitation or RSVP for the names included.
We kindly ask that only the children explicitly included on your invitation attend, as we're unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those listed.
