Question
When is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
Please RSVP by November 1, 2025. Anyone that does not RSVP by this deadline will be considered a "no" and will regretfully be unable to attend. We cannot wait for you all to join us!

When should we arrive?
Answer
Doors will open at 5:00 and the ceremony starts at 5:30. Please plan to arrive by 5:15 to give yourself plenty of time to park and find your seats. No one will be allowed to enter once the ceremony has started. Parking is located directly in front of the venue.

What should I wear?
Answer
Dress code is black tie optional/formal. Please dress to impress in long formal dresses, cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, suits, or tux. Please no jeans or shorts. Please do not wear colors reserved for the bride such as white, ivory, cream, or light blush. Ceremony and reception will both be inside. Weather in Georgia can fluctuate in December so please be sure to double check!

What if I have food allergies or restrictions?
Answer
Please indicate any allergies or food restrictions when you RSVP. Food allergies and restrictions will be accommodated to the best of our abilities if you list them when you RSVP.

Can I take photos?
Answer
We kindly ask that all cameras and phones be placed on silent and put away for the ceremony. There will be professional photo and video that will be shared at a later date. Please DO NOT take photos during the ceremony, as it is a distraction and gets in the way of the professional shots. However, we encourage everyone to take all the pictures they want during the reception! QR codes will be displayed that will lead you to a shared photo album to upload and share your photos of the reception!

Can I stay nearby?

Yes! There are plenty of hotels in the area! Please see the travel tab for info on hotel blocks and shuttles.

Is there a shuttle to and from the venue?
Answer
The hotels we have room blocks with (linked under the "Travel" tab) offer shuttle services. Please check with the hotel when booking and upon check-in to arrange for the shuttle service. You must personally arrange with the hotel's shuttle if you would like to use them. Please check the times as well - some shuttles may not run for the entirety of the event. Please plan to Uber or rideshare back to the hotel in that is the case. Please do not drive to the venue yourself if you plan on taking advantage of the open bar! We want to make sure everyone gets home safely at the end of the night!

Can I add on additional guests or children?

When you go to RSVP, please follow the instructions as listed on the website. Names of those invited will be listed when you search. Unfortunately, we cannot allow for additional guests or children to attend other than those specifically listed. Thank you for your understanding!
